I went 132mph in my car and I was shaking out of fear once I got home. Fastest I've gone since then was 85mph, on the freeway only.

I'm just glad the car next to me who was trying to keep up had nothing bad happen to him, myself included. We both could have caused an accident and ended up dead.

Edit: Keeping this car related, like a retard I parked on a 'timed' clearway (Its a clearway only a couple of hours a day). As luck would have it, a cop car was going by and so they clamped me. Paid the 80 euro (around 100$) fine on the spot. I seriously did not see the clearway sign, I would not have parked there if I did.

vicroads are notorious for having draconian punishments and even dumber laws.

Fortunately Insurance excess only goes up for being the cause of an accident or being in a theft hotspot.

Got written up at work back when I still worked Lost & Found for not answering calls. I was honest about it to, I didn't need to see the evidence they gathered' I told them straight up I hated that job and answering the calls made me miserable and I wanted out of there.

Despite that getting my act together for the month I remained there before I finally escaped, I wouldn't have done anything differently if I could go back in time.

Got done doing 100km in a 80km zone when I was on my provisionals.

Learnt my lesson $300 later. Its not worth it and the risk of losing my license, livelihood and inevitably my job is just not worth it.

It might’ve extended my P plates by an extra 6 months.

If it has I’m gonna transfer my license to a state where driving Turbo cars on your P’s is allowed.
