I have never had a concussion severe enough to where sleeping was dangerous or bright lights.

However, I have known someone who did, and yes you really can't sleep, and you have to be in a dark/dim room for months

lol, i was still doing my usual thing after I got hit. That's the last time I ask for help from that dude.
