It seems like every few minutes the site will slow down and pretty much stop working for a couple minutes. Other websites seem to run just fine when this site slows down, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one getting this issue.Am I?

This is Cheat. I'm using this account because my ISP is slow as shit and hasn't changed the IP for Sep7agon.As far as I know, we are still getting DDoS'd every so often. This host seems more resilient than the last, so it's not going completely down. I am working on contacting the new host about this issue to see if they can block overwhelming requests and keep everything from slowing down.
Has the site been slowing down for anyone else?
