Not an album or a song by itself, but there's an Aphex Twin song with a music video that used to scare me as a kid. It's this freaky-looking monster guy screaming in an old man's face. It's hilarious now, but it was disturbing as a kid.

when i was a little kid my dad let me use his mp3 player and on it was smack my bitch up by the prodigy and for some reason i was legit creeped out by it

idk it was something about the weird talking lead synth, the female vocalizing and the album art that my 7-8 year old found unsettling

the mp3 player also had firestarter, but ironically i didn't find it as creepy

There was this one song, can't remember the name. Had whispering or talking sounded like it was in the room with me, scared my pants off but that was more a goof on my part than the song actually being scary.

Yes, when I was about 10 I made the mistake of turning down the speed of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon on my mom's record player while I was home alone. It scared me so badly I went to the neighbor's house. They thought something bad had happened because I was blubbering like a baby. Needless to say they laughed at me but calmed me down.
