I'm at the gym, and I started wondering what kind of workouts you guys do, if you work out at all.

So what is your Workout Ruotine?

Usually I halve my hour at the gym up between Cardio and Muscle building

This is not the greatest sig in the world, no. This is just a tribute.
I don't gym. I never liked the atmosphere.
So I just do push up and sit up drills at home to keep my scores up on those come pt test time. I really need to run again... I've never been good at it, but 8 minute miles used to be a heck of a lot easier.

I dunno how to gym, so I just walk about 4 miles at the track for an hour while I read.

My routine:

Day 1: Chest/Triceps

4 Sets Incline DB Press - 10 Reps
4 Sets SkullCrushers - 10 Reps
4 Sets Bench Press - 8 Reps
4 Sets Tricep Pulldowns - 10 Reps
4 Sets Flat DB Press - 10 Reps
4 Sets Tricep Pushdowns - 10 Reps
4 Sets Incline Barbell Press - 10 Reps
4 Sets Ball Pushups - Until Failure

Day 2: Back/Biceps

4 Sets Weighted Pullups - 8 Reps
4 Sets Bicep Curls - 8 Reps
4 Sets Longbar Row - 10 Reps
4 Sets Barbell Row - 10 Reps
4 Sets Preacher Curls - 10 Reps
4 Sets Shrugs - 10 Reps
4 Sets EZ Curls - 10 Reps
4 Sets Seated Rows - 10 Reps

Day 3: Legs/Shoulders

2 Sets Squats (Warmup)
5 Sets of Squats - 5 Reps
4 Sets Overhead Press - 10 Reps
4 Sets Calf Extensions - 12 Reps
4 Sets Shoulder Press - 10 Reps
4 Sets Leg Curls - 10 Reps
4 Sets Lateral Raises - 10 Reps
4 Sets Lunges - 10 Reps
4 Sets Shoulder Press Machine - Until Failure

Day 4: Rest

Then I just start over again.

After my first and second days, I always finish off with some cardio by doing laps around my gym's track. I just gradually increase the amount of time I spend running to keep my heart healthy. I'm relatively new to doing cardio, but I know I've held off on it for too long and that I need to do it more regularly. Same goes for my rest day: No lifting, but I'll be doing cardio every day except when I train legs, because that would be suicide.

And no, I don't have a dedicated ab day, or really any abdominal isolation movements. Ab workouts are boring, and I don't care about them that much.
