I find that nothing on the internet will help me. Sometimes I'll go outside and look at the night sky with my dog and that makes me feel a little better.

Second point, if you still can call your girlfriend and talk to her and try to meet with her and cuddle up with her for the night.

If not possible. Find something to shove your effort into. Cooking or an art project or as someone said earlier go for a walk with someone or your pet and try to cool your head. Or i repeat take a car and try going on a long drive for hours on end. I would recommend buying a cheap car you can dent for this purpose.

If none of these help go distract yourself with tv and games for short term medication and try to figure out how to deal with it later.
