Widow/Banner was shit, Ultron was poorly characterized, Ultron never felt threatening, Ultron couldn't beat the Avengers in a fist-fight and also seemed entirely unable to outsmart them, Ultron didn't have a jack-o-lantern for a face, Marvel didn't have the rights to the X-men and thus had to call them "the twins" and refer to them as "altered", the script compared the uncontrollable change into a giant green invincible monstrosity that murders innocent civilians against your will to being sterilized by a Soviet Special-Forces assassin-squad, and Scarlet Witch never got naked.Those were the main problems.
