Green Smoothie

Hey fellas Jive Turkey here. Gonna make a green smoothie to cleanse my body and give me proper energy to tackle the day(and also to reduce bloat cause tomorrow is school)

Smoothie will contain:

Lots of spinach
Handful of kale leaves
A banana
Pineapple and pineapple juice
Celery
A bit of garlic clove(joe rogan style)
A few tablespoons of flax seed(for cleansing)
Ice

Will let you guys know how it goes

The garlic is waaaay too overpowering holy shit. I put 2 cloves in there, tastes like a slimy slightly sweet garlic smoothie smh. I don't even know the health benefits of garlic
