Are you kidding? You have tons of material. Writing about the feminist movement alone would be more than enough to cover four pages, let alone how positively women have been portrayed in TV lately.

Not even just lately. IIRC Ridley Scott intentionally had female protagonists for Alien and Thelma and Louise for that purpose, and those are pretty old Movies now.
