There's starving men, they're dying in the cold, etc. Mel tells him to burn Shireen so they can make it to Winterfell, but he refuses. Have Stannis be conflicted about the idea. He WANTS the Throne, but he doesn't want to sacrifice his daughter.Then at the end, Selyse and Mel go behind his back to burn Shireen. Cut to credits as soon as Stannis comes across the burning.
