I mean, the whole "Maybe you should let people die" meme kind of didn't sit well with me (especially since he completely disregards it later in the movie) but he played it well, at least.

That part wasn't as good because Pa Kent taught Supes to be the hero that he became. And he kills no one because of his conservative Kansas values...
