Depends on how early you catch one. Grandmother had a stroke, and she called an ambulance and got to a hospital before she could sustain any permanent damage.

He's probably not, but it's never a bad idea to be cautious.

Might want to at least have someone take a look at you. If it's not something as bad as a stroke, you still might have a bad bug or something viral.
