a good day is when i am extremely productive.

for example:
wake up early feeling well rested
make huge breakfast
drink green tea, go for a walk outside
meditate
interact with a lot of people and be high energy/confident. words come out smooth
great day at the gym, pr's/good pump/nice outfit so people look at me hehe
huge dinner
relax and go on internet forums
