Why would it get taken down?
Let's hope it rights the wrongs of last season and D&D don't go overboard with the appealing to the masses bs that Season 4 was full of.

omgI can't wait. I want to see more of Mance Rayder's army. But what the hell was happening to Bran at the end of S4?
I think they should take a break after this season, and allow the author to finish Winds Of Winter (hopefully by the end of this century). AFFC and ADWD are essentially just the same book split into two. They'd be stretching out the source material like hackson did with the Hobbit.

Doubt it's gonna happen though.

Done right, it could come down to Dany choosing to either let her brother's son rule the kingdom, or denounce him as a Blackfyre pretender and kill him.Victarion's scenes would be cool, but not totally overall special to the plot...unless he's taking Dany to Westeros anyway

People clapping at the end. Does this really happen?

Why is it a big deal?Who are they applauding? The actors? Directors? If they're not there to see it then what's the point? You wouldn't do it at home. Though maybe it's just American culture. I heard they clap when their flights land too, which is just as bad since you're praising someone for doing their job.
