-Pint of milk and a hearty meal before drinking.
-Pints 'o' water during and after drinking.
-Paracetamol. Never before or during, but by hangover time it's relatively safe.
-Food and stuff the day after drinking (hangover morning), if you can manage.

You'll feel like shit for most of the day unless you force yourself to get up and do it, even if it doesn't help straight away. If you're so ill you can't, you drank too much.

No clue, I personally am not a big drinker, most beer taste shit so I end up forcefully drinking it. Only had a few beer that I have liked the taste of, but usually they are specially brewed, and not ones that you just buy a 24 pack for.
