Actually sushi is considered Japanese is it not. The California roll is American. Pizza was also invented in US but has been considered Italian for along time. Not sure if it is because italians are the ones who created it in America.Tacos are considered American for some reason even if all the images try to show Mexican imagery.Also Boston Pizza is Canadian and the Hawaiian Pizza is Canadian.
