Cramping is a sign that you didn't warm up properly
Stretch before you run

Stretching won't fix stomach cramps lol
You most likely ate too much or drank fluids too close to your run. Try not to fill yourself up with water right before and you'll find you cramp less. Your breathing pattern also can influence this.
Tip to ease a cramp:
While you're running, do a hard exhale(out mouth) of the air you have every time your foot hits the ground, specifically the OPPOSITE foot of whatever side you're cramping on.
So if you had a cramp on your right side, temporarily adjust your breathing so thy every time your left foot hits the ground you breathe out hard

Like everyone else said, stretch.
Keep hydrated with electrolytes, but don't drink too much.
If all else fails, eat bananas and drink pickle juice.

Cramping can be a sign of underhydration or a lack of stretching/warmup. If you're really serious about your shape, make sure you're setting aside at least 10 minutes a day for static stretching on top of dynamic stretching and gentle exercise as a warmup. Don't be alarmed if you find yourself going through 3.5-4 liters of water a day.

But yes, if you feel yourself cramping stop immediately and stretch it out before resuming.
