I'd say you should just make a speedtest again while your brother's watching Netflix and see how fast down- and upload is.And to see if there is lag or not I suggest the empirical method - just try it.

bruh you should be good. i get 40 down and even when im torrenting at 5mbps on my laptop i can still do other things at good speeds it doesn't really affect it
