Archer vs Lancer is really pretty to look at, the sound and choreography is also spot on.

The reason I post this one is because it's shorter than Heracles vs Archer/Saber cause that fight is like 23 minutes long.

There are better fights in F/0, but this is still one of my favourites because it's quite amusing/kewl. It works better as a part of the whole bongarong on the bay though.
