I love the film visually, but the book tells a better story. Never bothered with dune 2000.

He is Ainu.

The god of Ainu Mosir, Ae-Oine Kamuy, descendant of Okiku-Rumi, He perishes, a living corpse. The summers day, the white sunlight, unabrushed, ends simply through his breath alone.
The movie ended kind of fuckily, but I forgive it since it went through a decade of development hell and constant rewrites. It's surprising that it ended up being as good as it was, honestly.
