I bought this shirt today from H&M. (The photo Doesn't do it any justice) Its quite thick so I'll wear it like a jacket with a plain white or black tee underneath with some black jeans. I like it tbh, it's very fetch.

I only wear pajamas/sweat pants and a shirt.

Nothing really wrong with that, if it's still in good condition I see no reason as to why you should stop wearing it.

Zara is bottom of the barrel. Uniqlo is what you want.

really? there's a uniqlo near my house but i've bothered checking them out, I always though zara was one of the better brands of high street clothe shops
