extreme insomnia (no sleep in over 7 days)

I dont know whats causing it.

all I know is I cant fall asleep and theres pressure on my chest as I breathe.

If what you said is true, then you would be unable to type the OP and post it. I'm presuming you have had resting periods with your eyes closed but have just not reached REM. In which case you can survive indifintiely, you just need eye-shut periods of around 12 hours a day to survive.

could be true im not sure. I go to bed and am 100% sure that I never fall asleep.
