By the end of the year:

-VO2 Max of 60 or above
-Under 5:00 for a 4 km Individual Pursuit (cycling)
-Finish with the main group at Road Nationals
-Work a second job
-Save $6,000
-Pass all of my University courses.

Within the next 4 years

-VO2 Max of 75 or greater
-Under 4:30 for an Individual Pursuit
-Top 10 at Nationals
-Work for a professional sports team in IT
-Saving 40% of my Income
-Complete my Uni degree
