How long should i run like per day or weeks? I'm a noob to this whole working out thing and really shy about it. I really want support because im sick of being fat... but im too scared to reach out for help. Im drunk now.so i.dont care... pls halp

If you're not a runner, and you're not under any kind of outside pressure, then I guess... try and do a mile three or four time a week. Only run every other day. Let your body have enough time to recover.
Try eventually rto get your eight minute mile down. Then go a mile and a half... two miles... increase as you see fit.
