This is not the greatest sig in the world, no. This is just a tribute.
The way the frame and engine sit, and kinda the tank shape makes me think it was originally some kind of Norton... but the clutch cover is wrong and the forks are different. I dunno bro, all I can say is that it's probably a 60's era bike that's been pretty cafed.

The 60's KZ 650, CB 550 and 750, Norton Dominator, and assorted Triumphs were pretty popular to cafe.
