i know that feel, nigga

having to wake up at 6:30 in the morning and eating mcdonald's for breakfast because it's the only place that serves breakfast that early around here, and then not being able to eat again for another 8 hours and settling for my restaurant's food. really started to feel the weight gaining ::)

It's really bad for me, lol. But the only thing from the breakfast menu I eat there is the Mcmuffin which is a real egg so I get SOMETHING out of it

Intermittent Fast, since you skip breakfast

Only eat from 12pm-8pm

If you stick to that 8 hour window you will most likely lose weight even if you're eating fast food
