Things not present in the universe do not exist by definition.  If you've got a creative way to define existence not in terms of the universe than the onus is on you to do so, and failing to do that you will continue to be speaking nonsense.

Considering that Universe entails all there is to entail by definition, any idea of a multiverse more correctly falls under the idea of multiple realities branching out across higher dimensions within a single universe.

Poor nomenclature shouldn't be deterent of good science.

That being said ,any claim that the extraneous realities do not exist is based on observational positivism, a practice which once cemented the idea that the world was flat and the earth was the center of the universe as fact.

Until we can devise a method to test for the existence of these alternate realities, the scientific method compels us to accept that it is equally possible that they both do and do not exist.

Notice how to salvage an apparently meaningful question out of the OP you have to reverse engineer what he said and try to tell me he really meant something else, and again carelessly throw words around without knowing what they mean.  You have chosen to call what I referred to as a universe a reality now, so I would correctly restate "things not present in your notion of a reality do not exist by definition".

The flat earth bit is a creative line of thinking but you're conflating the notion of "has been perceived" with "can be perceived".  (People used to think the earth was flat merely because they hadn't been exposed to empirical evidence otherwise! / People think only this reality exists merely because by definition there can be no empirical evidence otherwise!) Alternate realities cannot be perceived by definition.  If they were perceivable the wouldn't be "alternate" realities, they would be reality.

It's possible in the multiverse theory that I could never be Ugandan at all. I could live in an entirely different world where the land is different, animals, plant life everything is different.
It's also possible I wouldn't exist in another universe at all, as many universes will never have my parents come together. The only possible way I could live in those universes is if spirits, reincarnation and some sort of higher being exists. Where my spirit was put into a completely different body and living in a completely different fashion.
