I have long stopped doing this since practically every active user now has a legendary+ prefix and it has no effect at all by now.
Though I do remember that, especially before the Sep7gaon 2.0 update, these were a relatively big thing. I mean there even were a select few threads just asking for upboats.
These are prette much irrelevant now.

I actively do it if they have a prefix below Mythic, and I'm slightly lazier with those Mythic or higher. I'd like to see a meter that displays a user's total karma.

But no, I'm profoundly lazy so I don't click the dropdown arrow apart from warning/banning people nowdays.
