Depends on my mood. But I never take warm showers. It's either scalding hot or freezing cold.

I understand that people would like to take Cold showers when it is hot outside but whenever I do that I get sick. Not sure as to why but if I feel the least bit cold I often get sick so I prefer everything to be hot-very hot.
