Depends on where I am. In public toilets I'll never sit down, I'll always pee standing but at home I just sit. It's less hassle to just sit and let your junk dangle in the toilet. No need to worry about double stream or getting piss on your clothes.

depends on my mood

sometimes if i just want to sit down and browse reddit on my phone for a few minutes ill take a piss sitting down

other times i just want to get it done and gtfo so i use a urinal
