My brother did and was a self proclaimed Atheist for a while, although it was a typical fedora-tipping fad and he grew out of it fast. Tried to tell me not to touch his fedora because they were "expensive" hats, so glad he came to his senses now.

No, but a disturbingly large portion of my school's population does, sometimes in conjunction with cargo shorts and crocs.
