Well, I can't grow facial hair at all. Down there is another story, but... I've just never been in a situation where it would be advantageous for me to trim it...

Some people (me included) don't like having facial hair.
Why? When your ancestry is varied like mine it can give rise to bad phenotypes, like scraggly patches that never grow out completely. When it comes to beards I have the philosophy "grown out, or not at all."
