Do you have any really bad fears/phobias?

I'm not sure if it counts as a phobia, but sometimes I'll gust be in a really bad headspace, and start having Panic attacks for no reason.

The dark itself doesn't scare me. It's more about what could be in it, dark corners of the room after a quick glance fuck with me from time to time. My house is well over a century old, which doesn't help with the superstition.

Above all, I'm scared of being alone. Like being the only one on an island, a lone survivor. That shit fills me with dread just playing single player games.

Which kinda sucks given that I live on an island <_<

Kinda the dark, as long as I'm in a building or something, I'm fine. I've gone hiking in the woods at night and it's fucking creepy.

I have a fear of the dark too, but I don't call it a phobia, because as you say it's paranoia that makes it unbearable.

Worst is definitely heights when I don't feel safe. Like, bridges are fine, but I've had a couple of experiences where I haven't felt secure while high up and it fucked me up.

Lol, the amount of near-misses I've had due to stupid drivers have been insane. I even saw a fucking jeep on its roof in ditch.
