Adjust behaviour, stance, submissivness, extroversion, introversion to suit different people such as teachers? To do this you must've created some kind of profile, so is this a common thing?

I mean that you create profiles of people, and then you adapt to that profile, not the stereotypical "he's my boss so I'll show submissiveness". What I'm trying to say is that you change yourself into that person's liking, for example: If the teacher enjoys energetic people you talk louder and less seriously, and you're friendly, whereas if the teacher is a wimp, then you also kind of turn into a wimp, but you try to match your interests with that teacher so that hen can relate.
