Sorry for being rude, but you might want to have some green tea... or maybe something like Excedrin which has a small amount of caffeine in it to help the pain. I think it's a bad idea to cold turkey it if you're experiencing that much pain.

I got it covered, starting to feel better.  Water definitely helps, been chugging it like it's going out of style.

Yes it is if you rarely or never drink it, but the transition from highly caffeinated to no caffeine what so ever is a VERY painful process. I rate it pretty close to stop smoking for some people. I work at starbucks so I see a LOT of decaffeinated freaks that will probably contemplate your murder before you hand them their cups of black caffeinated bliss. I'm so glad I will be free of this place soon, and then I, too, will be on a route to less caffeine.

I mean, I've drunk soda by the gallon for fifteen or sixteen straight years, every day. I stopped, cold turkey, and without a hitch. Pretty easy tbh fam

i dont get it, i drank like 3 cups of coffee every day all throughout high school, but i stopped almost completely in college (went down to like 3 a week cuz money) and i never had any kind of withdrawal. weird.

If I'm not here, I'm doing photography. Or I'm asleep. Or in lockdown. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
I've avoided it for mornings recently and after a period of nearly falling asleep in lectures I'm back to being alert in the morning...ish.

Coffee during assignments does wonders though, and is a great fat burner what with the metabolism increase.
