I'm thinking on making a radio telescope out of the blue after looking at my satellite dish on my house. It seems fun and low cost. It should be fun making a thread on the progress for you guys. What about you?

Na. I just don't like the idea of potentially leaving my life in the hands of my province's less than reputable tendancy to have power outages. One of those in the winter could kill you. Plus, I won't have to pay any electricity bills.

I just like to tinker is all. Imagining what I could do with my own house is fun. And it'd be mine from the ground up. Not many people these days can say that they built their entire house by themselves.

So....yes? I like fucking the system whenever I can? Just a little bit....

Wrap a ton of cloth around the end of a stick, drown it in lighter fluid, and set it on fire.
