What are we qualifying as American food? Is fast food included in this and being used as an example? Why aren't fast food joints that represent other types of food being included if so?When you make things your self like say burgers and various forms of BBQ using fresh ingredients they turn out to be pretty tasty.I can understand why people would dislike American food if their exposure to it was via fast food that's chalk full of preservatives and other nasty crap to keep the cost down and the food long lasting in storage though.
