One of our houses of representatives [the Senate] serves for 6 year terms, but they're staggered so there is an election every 2 years. Along with voting for senators, most states have governors up for election, and state and local issues on the ballots, also.

I cant argue with progress, just you.
Ive voted before and to me from looking at the candidates and laws it really doesnt matter. No matter what I vote for every candidate is going to fuck me over in someway or another. Also the laws make me sick here. There are only a few laws that should be voted for without even thinking as the would help us as a State. Unfortunately most of those laws are back or payed by lobbyists that couldnt really care about what it represents due to them getting payed.
For those of you who vote. Good for you. You are exercising your right but for me its more of a take 1 step forward then get shoved 3 steps back. I fucking hate elections in Arizona and in general.
