What's confusing to me is that Bungie has obviously told employees who use to interact with people on the old forums to shutup but is perfectly fine with Deej openly being an asshole to everyone. What the hell has he done to not be fired yet?

Not really. I gradually posted less and less because of how terrible the site was becoming. I've been posting every now and then, but with Bungie telling everyone who didn't buy Destiny 2 to fuck off, there isn't a point in sticking around anymore.
