3 cheese fondue: Attempt 2 (Cheese Thread)

This time I'm using extra virgin olive oil, infused with lemon for the acidity. I'm scared to go near the white wine vinegar after last time.

Cheeses: Provolone Dolce, Danish Blue, Pecorino Fresco

Success! There wasn't enough lemon in the oil to make it truly workable, so I had to drain it gradually and substitute milk.

The Danish Blue gives this a hefty taste.
