Well his backstory's already in his bio on the site. I'm going to roleplay him as a fighter who is usually saved for last resorts due to his stupid high strength stat, when the group needs it most.

Nonono, ROLEPLAY situations.

A LOT of D&D consists of roleplaying and dice rolling. So you'll be improvising a LOT.

The first part of the session will most likely be roleplay.

Could I ask a few questions?

I rolled for the "enter mind" power.
How do you think it should work? Am I able to rummage through someone's memories in my never-ending quest for forbidden knowledge? Can I control their actions or mind?

What do we know about Greenest? Is there a library in town? Perhaps there's a wizard whose brain hides some lucrative secrets?

Any knowledge of Greenest will be done in game, you don't need much knowledge of the town for a reason to go there.


And we will say that you can enter the mind of any being, and i'll make the being roll a DC 17 wisdom save. If they are successful with the save you are only able to control their actions briefly, if they fail you have access to their complete mind, allowing you to rummage through it and control their actions.

I needed some new supplies so I headed into Greencrest to find some.
