Good luck with those headaches. I am currently enjoying a soy latte. Mmmm espresso.
The headaches have turned into neck, shoulder, and headaches.Plus my eye feels like it's bulging out of my skull.Who the hell thought this would be a good idea?
Oh and if you're not already DRINK A LOT OF FUCKING WATER! I think bananas help with the muscle cramps too.
Being caffeine-free is the easiest shit ever, but whatever.
Yes it is if you rarely or never drink it, but the transition from highly caffeinated to no caffeine what so ever is a VERY painful process. I rate it pretty close to stop smoking for some people. I work at starbucks so I see a LOT of decaffeinated freaks that will probably contemplate your murder before you hand them their cups of black caffeinated bliss. I'm so glad I will be free of this place soon, and then I, too, will be on a route to less caffeine.
I don't get it.I can operate just fine before my daily pot of coffee.

You should have probably lessened the amounts over time instead of completely stopping.
I will never drink coffee in the morning because I don't want to become reliant on it. Plus too much caffeine gives me anxiety
