How far do you want to go with it?
It's somewhat easier to just not eat meat for a month than to avoid animal products in food.
Gelatine in particular is in an awful lot of stuff and avoiding it is the bane of my memes, certain E-Numbers are a no-no too. But it's still commendable if you manage to go a month without eating meat-meat.
well apparently i can eat butter and dairy which i thought was against the diet. i plan on cutting back on dairy to begin with and such. i just wanna eat healthier, while also not giving money to the livestock industry for a bit.
Yeah you don't need to avoid stuff like that for a vegetarian diet.
There is a bit of ehhhhhhhh with the dairy industry as a whole, but depending on location and all that you can maybe find a local dairy that doesn't treat it's herd badly.
