What the fuck it blows my mind how amazing California is. ANything you can imagine is just a few hours drive away

BRB Hollywood
BRB San Fran
BRB beautiful beaches and gorgeous coastline
BRB Yosemite, you can live in a cabin in the wilderness if you want
BRB great weather
BRB snow
BRB can drive down to mexico for illegal things
BRB never living anywhere else in my life

I've never really lived anywhere else but Panama City. So to live somewhere that isn't a small town-city hybrid in Florida or near a beach would be a huge change. On a trip in Tennessee I wondered if I'd like living there. Hills, mountains, fields everywhere.

Fortunately places like the beach, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Disneyland, Universal Studios, etc. are all just about 1-2 hours away from where I live

Unfortunately I live in the worst place imaginable, Bakersfield.

I love where I live. It's in the middle of farm country, only about a hundred people at most about. Really nice walks, a small river a minute's walk away and it's all-round quiet. Living in a city is like, my worst nightmare lol. Too many people, too noisy, air isn't clean.

Only problem with Cali is the tectonics. Gotta love a major fault system and associated inland volcanism (although that's more up the coast by Alaska or East towards Wyoming).

Would love to move back to where I used to live, in the middle of nowhere. Nearby Tralee had enough interesting things for me:
