So, let me tell you a story.
A week ago just before Thanksgiving, all of my TV, Internet and Home Phone went out. After calling Comcast they said that someone would have to come by and check everything out...on Thanksgiving.
So while we had 4 days of nothing, the guy then comes 3 hours late, and takes 3 hours to fix everything. Said it was fixed and left.
So we had it back for the next couple of days...until now.
Everything is down AGAIN and they have to come back out to check....AGAIN!
Uuugh, so I won't be here much because of this.
