Are you able to run away or fight back in your dreams?

For myself when it comes to getting away I rarely ever do it. When I try running it feels like my feet are bricks so I'm barley walking and it's the same when I'm on a bicycle. When it comes to cars I also end up in the backseat and I'm never able to get in the front seat.

For defending myself I don't have the strength to punch someone due to not being able to lift my arms or I just tap them. When it comes to guns I'm rarely able to fire them. Like punching I have the strength issue so I'm not able to pull the trigger. Most of the time the problem comes down to ammo which is I either don't have any or when I do I somehow fuck it up. When I try putting it in the mag I don't get the pattern right. For example in a dream I tried loading my AK mag and I ended up having rows two rounds wide going up. No matter how many times I retried I just can't get it right. For sizes I either have too big of rounds or they are just too small.

I'm usually able to run away uninhibited, the enemies always catch up to some circumstances to keep the plot going, but never feels like I'm treading water.
Any offensive action though feels like I'm fighting a force pulling me backwards, I can really only touch whatever I'm fighting it holds me back so hard.
Guns however seem to work in my favor usually, actually.

I dunno. I usually take whatever's coming, like when I got shot in the arm. Last night I talked to ghosts, which was neat.

I don't really get fighting dreams.

Last sorta related dream I had that somehow had me about to confront some generic thugs in a dream ended up me questioning how 30 of them fit into one car, and then they walked off.

Almost as if the dream just went "ah fuck he's noticed again, lets just go and we'll do it next time"

Depends. For a while I had a reoccurring dream where I'd be driving a car and the breaks wouldn't work or I couldn't steer and crash into something. Sometimes I'd be running and it'd feel like my legs were dragging through thick mud without anything to weigh them down. Or in a fight I'm unable to defend myself.

Then the opposite happens in other dreams, where I'm being attacked and I outright stab/shoot/kill someone in defense. Lucid dreaming too, where I plan out how I'll survive. My favorite was being chased through a party room on a cruise liner, picking up an empty wine/beer bottle, smashing it in my attacker's face and then jabbing the sharp, broken handle repeatedly into his face and throat until he choked to death on his own blood. That was a cool one.
