tl;dr dumbfuck neighbor's probably gonna key my car after an incident today, anyone have a recommendation for a dashcam that records when the car's off, either via sensor or a battery?

I'd get a cheap security camera and have it overlook your car. Is your vehicle in a driveway or do you have to keep it in a parking lot?

I have a driveway, but I'm not sure how to go about wiring it. I only have one outlet in the back of the house.

I have to sell it before moving, so I'd rather minimize the possibility of damages. I'm kind of paranoid about car stuff after getting fucked last November when my car got totaled.
