Champions League Group Stage 2015-2016

It looked like they could've have been drawn against Barça for a moment, but for some reason they went straight to the other group. Something about television scheduling, I dunno.

I can still envisage Man City qualifying, but i have a feeling Sevilla could maybe upset Juve.

Oh yeah. I haven't seen Juve play yet. But they surely won't be the same without Tevez, Vidal and Pirlo. Sevilla actually look stronger than last season.

After winning two consecutive Europa leagues also, yes. Obviously easy groups for Man United, Chelsea and Real Madrid as per. How do think Arsenal and Atleti will do?

Only real challenge in the group is from Bayern. I really don't expect them to get more than a point from those two meetings. To be fair tho, Bayern is not the same as the 2013 treble winning side, not even close. Olympiacos isn't exactly a cake walk, but Arsenal still has the edge over them in terms of class. Astanza is from fuckin Kazakhstan, that says it all. Should finish comfy second and probably go out in the Round of 16 again.

Atletico
Literally none of the teams I believe have an attack that can really be a threat for Atleti's defense. At the same time Atleti is known for low scoring matches in which they more often than not win by a goal or draw. Honestly don't see a clear favorite in this group but I see Atletico advancing either way. Probably going home in the early stages of the knockout phase.

Arsenal definitely need to win the group, I don't see why not as they good enough to beat Bayern when they're on top form. hopefully they will improve, as I would like to see them win. perhaps an arsenal v atletico final would be sweet, but i know Barca will be in the final.

If they were drawn in the same group as Barca, they couldn't possibly draw them in the last 16. surely you would prefer them in the same group....

I mean really though, it's far harder for Real Madrid to have a "hard" group, considering. when PSG and Shaktar is an easy group then there's a limited choice for what could really be a tough group for them.

The thing with the EL is that some clubs don't take it seriously. They usually send most of their benchwarmers and reserve players instead of the starters. I'm hoping the new rule of Winners qualifying for CL will change their minds.

Barcelona haven't looked as terrifying this season, so I don't see them as definite winners. I also don't want them or Real to win. Or Manchester Shitty, or Chelsea. Because Fuck all those teams (ESPECIALLY MAN SHITTY and Mourinho.)
