Aren't cereals the healthiest meal you can have-- especially for breakfast? I usually go for the more classic ones from a local company which produces them in Greece. What cereals do you go for, and what do you put in them?

I enjoy Chex mix with cut up bananas in them.

BUT if its near Halloween, Count Chocula bbe! Otherwise I just don't eat cereal.

I rarely eat cereal anymore.

I usually just eat whatever is available for breakfast whether it's leftover dinner or a sandwich.

Cereal isn't even real food. If I eat cereal I become hungry like an hour later. I like fry ups, it's a shame I can't have one every day, you know high cholesterol and all.
