An odd imbalance to have.Might want to just lower your squat weight to the point where your legs can work equally and build up once their strength levels out.

Why couldn't you return in September when I was doing body building for 2 weeks?Ya know.....before I lost my job and had to stop?;____________;MUH GAINZ
Started upping my running schedule last July. Currently going around 4mi every other day, and have a pretty garbage diet, but have been losing weight steadily.
damn, this thread needs some motivationYouTube
I only started being healthier late last year, but I've already lost 10kgs / 22 lbs from just eating better, only drinking water and doing basic at home exercise. I'm not too serious about it but I feel a lot better already, so progress is progress hah.

Over 4 or 5 years I went from 230lbs to 170lbs. I learned to hate gyms when I was younger (hence the 230lbs), so I eventually just started hiking more. 5 miles reasonable miles kicked my ass, then I started going up mountains and could push it to 8, my best record at this point is 18 miles with two mountain passes and a summit in 10 hours. I'm working towards comfortable 20 mile days regardless of elevation gain, some point this summer I'll be pushing for 30-40 mile days.I don't worry too much about my diet, but my staples are peanut butter, tuna, vegetables, nuts, and granola. I'll have a protein shake after a rough day occasionally. My diet on trail is atrocious but necessary to gain calories.I'm not shredded or anything, but the results have been great.

With a good diet and that much cardio you could be shredded. It's said that 60% of gains come from a diet. Muscles are made in the kitchen. I love hiking too, I got into it when I discovered a really cool trail 5 minutes from my house leading up to a waterfall.
